Andrew Kistler
Project Manager
As Project Manager, Andrew will work heavily with both Agracel’s Construction Department and Agracel’s Facilities Department. He will oversee projects for both teams, while working to build and maintain the company’s portfolio, creating strong relationships with both tenants and contractors alike. His role includes coordinating timelines, monitoring budgets, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. He is responsible for aligning project goals with company objectives, balancing the care of existing properties with the needs of new developments. He also plays a key role in vendor and contract negotiations, ensuring contracts are both cost-effective and performance-driven.
Andrew is located at our Corporate Office in Effingham, IL and will provide support for Agracel’s offices in the Carolinas, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Ohio. Kistler will connect with current tenants for projects such as facility inspections, emergency planning, utility oversite, tenant improvements, regulatory compliance, preventative maintenance and lease management. His goal alongside Agracel is to help each tenant to operate as efficiently as possible.
Before his addition to the Agracel Team, Andrew was a contract leader in the pipeline and refinery industry for nearly 20 years. He worked to maintain facilities and easements nationwide.
Andrew and his family are current members of Metro Community Church where he hosts and leads a weekly Bible Study. Mr. Kistler has been an active Board Member for The Greater Fayette County Chamber of Commerce since 2020.
