Agracel purchased the former GM Foundry as a redevelopment project. The majority of the foundry has been demolished with the exception of this 126,000 sf facility. Agracel left this diamond in the rough due to its high ceilings. The space affords Agracel the ability to lease the space to companies at a very rate thus benefiting the client’s bottom line and the community’s economic growth.
