November 1, 2011 marks a special day for Agracel. Twenty five years ago, Jack and Betinha Schultz started the business as an investment company focused upon farmland. When looking to name the firm, two words kept surfacing: Agriculture and Excel. Thus our name was born (Agriculture + Excel = Agracel). As the years passed Agracel’s core focus turned from farm ground to industrial development in rural America.
Since those humble beginnings, Agracel has grown into the premier provider of development services in Agurb communities. Today, Team Agracel has developed over 7 million square feet of industrial space in 16 states.
Our team at Agracel continues to build on the core values and mission that has guided the company these past 25 years, and will lead us into the future.
